The eight benchmarks are a framework for good career guidance developed to support secondary schools and colleges in providing students with the best possible careers education, information, advice, and guidance.

4. Linking curriculum learning to careers

Measuring Quality:

We are constantly reviewing our careers programme and we do this by using the following information:

• Destinations data
• Pupil feedback
• Parent/Carer feedback
• Local Market information and trends
• Staff and external agency feedback
• Compass+ Evaluations against the Gatsby Benchmarks

The next review of our Careers Programme will take place in June 2024
