School Council, Safeguarding Group and Health and Safety Group

The School Council meets regularly throughout the academic year to discuss current issues that have arisen during form time and in staff meetings.

This ensures the student voice continues to have great significance and value when continuing to move Adelaide Heath Academy forward.

All discussion points are placed on the agenda and given equal priority within the meeting.

All students are eligible to stand for election to represent their year group, this is usually determined at the start of the academic year and the student is placed in post for the reminder of the academic year.

At Adelaide Heath Academy we have a Pupil Safeguarding Group. The group is made up of pupils from all Key Stages and they meet once a month. The group is facilitated by the Designated Safeguarding Lead and Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead.
